When you enter a name, date of birth, or another query into a search tool, the information goes directly to the outside company that operates the tool. That company processes the query and returns the response. Ouray County Warrant Records does not maintain a separate record of the terms submitted there.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We may retain an email for the time needed to respond and administer the exchange. Correspondence is not shared outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.

No Warrant Data on File
Ouray County Warrant Records neither hosts nor compiles, maintains, or sells a personal warrant-record database. Its local reference material directs readers to Ouray Combined Court, the municipal courts, the Sheriff's Office, and appropriate Colorado resources. We do not combine visitor information into a dossier about someone else or into a consumer report. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies provide the search boxes displayed on the site. Information entered into a partner tool is governed by that company's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each partner controls its own retention and disclosure practices. Review those terms before sending a query.

Links may lead to court portals, Sheriff's Office pages, Colorado warrant resources, legal-aid organizations, or third-party search services. Once you follow an external link, the destination's privacy rules apply. Consider those rules before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may use activity across different websites to select targeted advertising. Any such tracking operates through the provider's systems rather than ours.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Information may nevertheless be received by:
- Advertising networks that serve advertisements on site pages
- Analytics providers that measure visits and technical performance
- Outside search providers when you submit a query through their tool
- A government or law-enforcement authority acting under a valid legal order
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, standard safeguards are used for information we collect. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, however, and we cannot promise that unauthorized access or a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
The site is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a person younger than 18. If we learn that a minor supplied personal data, we will delete that information promptly.
Your Data Rights
